I just found out that im lactose intolerant.
Im 5'5 and 150pounds, i eat heathily already and exersize atleast 20min a day, i havent been loosing any weight.
Now i cant eat any diary at all, so no chocolate, no cheese, no normal bread. And im switching to soy milk.
With this new diary free diet, will it help me loose weight?

here are somethings you can try as well.
You can achieve it by
(1) Eating less but after frequent intervals.
(2) Drinking a lot of water.
(3) A regular exercise (I would recommend walking/running, cycling, skipping or swimming).
(4) Eat 5 portions of veg/fruit a day.

Just eat less but nothing containing dairy, surely you will loose weight.
I'm 13, and I lost 10 pounds just in two months for not eating a whole lot..
I'm now 180 pounds and still going at it to loose a bit more, I wish best for you!
