HEY i took a nutrition course at my college last year and the professor told me to count to 30 for each bite. and it takes about 15minutes for your stomache to tell ur brain ur full so before u go for seconds thinking ur still hungry wait about 15minutes and ask urself again if ur hungy. hope this helps. were all trying to cut down on thxgiving dont worry.
