Okay so Ive been watching my calorie intake and working out, but I ended up GAINING weight. I am 130 right now and I need to get down to @ least 125 by December 1st (our wrestling meet) so I have the ability to make weight.
I dont care if this is water weight (Id perfer itto not be but watever I guess) , I just need to know how to lose it before then, and if I could lose more that'd be great. I just need any tips. ANY advice would be great. thnx ![]()
Yes, drink more than average… 3-4 Liters a day
The body will the diurese 3-4 liters of fluid/day 7-9lbs of fluid
The day before your weigh in stop intaking any water at 12 noon, the body will continue to diurese 3-4 liters of fluid although you didn't take it in.
By the next day you'll be quite dehydrated and should make weight no problem.
After you make weight, be sure to re-hydrate with Gatorade or something that will bring your electrolytes back up.
