-Start off with a fresh face. I would advocate anything by Clean & Clear or Dr.Murad.
-Moisturize now!
-Then prime your face. Melissa has a very flawless complexion, so although it's a little high-priced, try Benefit POREfessional Primer. It will make you look almost perfect before any makeup! Let it sit for a minute or two so it can try and really help.
-Now conceal under your eye in a triangular shape. So right along your nose, up diagnaly, then swoop from the end of your eye to your tear duct. Go one shade lighter for concealer, this adds to the whole “perfect” skin look! Try Maybelline 24 Hour Concealer.
-Now foundation. Use a latex sponge, supper cheap. Try Maybeline Dream Airbrushed Foundation. Try not to touch the concealer you just did. But do make it blend.
-Now time for blush. Any drug store coral/pink/red will work. Dust it right across your cheek bone and apples.
-Now time to set your makeup. Try Make Up For Ever HD setting powder. This will help it stay all day.
-Prime your eyes. Urban Decay Primer Potion.
-Now take a stick eyeliner. Again, any brand will be just fine. Begin with little lines, going out onto the side of your eye. Connect that line with a line on top of that, making a triangle, fill it in. Go over that cat eye a few times to darken it and make it thicker. Do the same thing on the bottom.
-Now use a liquid eye liner on top of that to make it really stay. I would suggest the one from Almay (drugstores) or Pristigue (Ulta). This process is obviously the most important, but hard to explain. Look on youtube on how to do cat eyes if you don't already know :)
-Now a use a mascara that lengthens and volumizes. Curl your lashes first though. Then apply about 5 coats. You can use fake lashes instead if you'd like. Covergirl lash blast FUSION.
-Take a rasberry lipstick. Any drugstore will do just fine. Then swipe some MATTE powder over the lip color you just applied so it will hold the color longer, and stop it from creasing. Maybelline has a really good Dream Matte powder. It does wonders for this step.
