Take whey protein before as it digest fast. Instead of coffee take a caffeine pill. Cheaper and more convenient than coffee and it won't make you all full and bloated. After your workout whey protein is the ideal. Before bed casein protein is the ideal, or just drink a bunch of milk being that it's very high in casein protein.
