liquid liner is the ideal!
Steady your pinky on the top of your cheek bone, this will help a lot when you're first starting out!
Then begin at the middle of your eye, and swoop outwards making it a tiny thicker.
Then go over that line a few times.
Then make sure you don't have to much on your brush, so tap it on the bottle a tiny, and go back to the middle, but go the other direction. it's important to keep this VERY close to your lash line, and do nooot go all the way on the inner part of your eye, this will ruin it!
Just stop where your eyelashes seem to get really short.

I normally wear my liquid eyeliner on my top eyelid.

It is tricky but eventually you’ll be able to do it with practice.

Just glide the tip of the liquid eyeliner along your eyelid. It has to be as close as you can get to your eyelashes or else it will look odd.

Everyone has different ways of doing it but if you just put extra effort and time in you will be able to find how it suits you.

If you search on google picture's 'liquid eyeliner' you’ll be able to see picture's of people wearing it. This could be your guide until you’re able to do it on your own.

Don't think you can't do it if the eye's look different, as I stated practice will eventually help them to look as even as they have the ability to.

spread your eyelid and keep that steady.. then you apply the eyeliner along your eyelid however much you want but keep stroking your eyelid so it gets the shape (with the eyeliner) but only do a tiny bit at a time because liquid eyeliner is tricky lol

Well I've always found it easy, but it helps if you’ve a little mirror in your other hand that you look down into, it will prevent you from blinking so much anyway :)

And also practise makes perfect. Try it again and again until you're happy with the result.

put it above your eyelashes by pulling your eyelid straiight and do the inside with a kohl pencil eyeliner if any liquid goes in your eye remove it with a botton bud x

You don't. It usually glides down into your eye and stuff but if you want you could put it where your top lashes are just not on your top waterline, if that helps.
