I’ve to leave my house by 7:15am to get to class on time and lets just state I'm no friend of mornings. Anyone know something I could prepare ahead of time or have around to grab?

My weights “professor” told us to eat lean meats and non - solid oils today to get our metabolism going, not sure if that's good or not but some lean meat ideas would be great too.

I would boil some eggs, peel them and put them in the fridge. Eat with a slice of lean ham in the mornings.

You could cook some eggs with meat, cheese, whatever in a microwave safe container.
