so basically i don't get spots anywhere other than my nose and the odd few on my upper back. im a 17 year old male. I don't get many spots but when i do there very big shiny red ones on my nose mainly. and also a fair amount of blackheads on my nose, does anybody have any ideas of how to stop these coming up and how to treat them when they are actually there ? thanks guys

Answer:
STEP1
get a bowl of HOT water and use a towel over your head and hold your face directly over the steam. Keep your face a comfortable distance from bowl, not too close as your skin might be irritated or burnt from the heat. Do this for about 7-10 Minuit's, the steam will open your pores and blackheads and remove any dirt, then rinse your face with warm water to wash away any bacteria which has been released out of your pores. Then wash your face as normal and pat your face try with a clean towel. do this weekly.

STEP2
Exercises and diet. Eating lots of sweets, greasy foods and salts can be very bad for your skin and cause you to break out so try and eat more fruit and vedge and overall healthier meals. Exercise is VERY good for your skin so try and do at least 30 Minuit's exercise a day. Drink 8 GLASSES of water a day, water does wonders for your skin it washes out all the toxins in your body which can give you spots.

STEP3
remember to wash your face each day morning and night to remove any dirt on your face. Give your skin a good clean and exfoliate your face around 3 times a week to remove all dirt and dead skin cells which can cause your skin to look dull and fatigued.

STEP4
buy over the counter medicines, you might have to try a few until you find the one which is right for your skin. and remember the most expensive isn’t always the best.

STEP5
sleep helps your skin ALOT, remember to get the recomended 8 or more hours sleep a night

follow these steps and you should notice difference in no time
good luck xxx
